Scientist, In vivo Scientist

The Scientist, In vivo Scientist position represents an excellent opportunity for career development and cross training in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and execution of the companies research strategy focused on the evaluation of TCR2 TRuCTM T cells in numerous tumor models. Through applied expertise in tumor immunology, the incumbent will be charged with characterizing the immunological mechanisms associated with treatment and the identification of potential biomarkers.


  • Potential to lead a team of 1-3 scientists/research associates
  • Responsible for the hands-on execution of in-vivo pharmacology studies that utilize mouse tumor models to study the anti-tumor activity of TCR2 engineered T cells
  • Design well controlled in vivo experiments that result in clear and concise answers to pivotal questions
  • The candidate must be proficient in handling rodents, able to prepare formulations, administer compounds via various routes (IP, IV, IP, PO) and collect blood as well as various tissue samples for analysis, including flow cytometry and imaging
  • Focus on immune readouts (FACS, T cell activation assays, ELISA, histology)
  • The candidate should be proficient in data collection/documentation of all study results in the form of notebook reports, and as needed contribute to the authorship of regulatory submission documents
  • Follow and promote safety instructions and regulations


  • Ph.D. in Immunology or similar discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with rodents
  • Proven experience in designing and executing in vivo experiments
  • Scientifically rigorous, highly organized, and displays significant attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and CROs
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently
