“I am proud to lead this team of exceptional people because every day we have the chance to make a discovery that will save lives and leave a meaningful legacy in the world”
Dr. Garry Menzel, President and Chief Executive Officer
At TCR² we are building a team dedicated to the common goal of curing cancer with our TRuC-T cell therapies. Our shared mission and common values of innovation, patient-focus, and collaboration make coming to work every day meaningful, fun, and dynamic.
We strengthen our team with weekly team lunches, regular team outings, and TCR² cares volunteer initiatives, helping employees get to know each other and grow relationships with team members in other functional areas.
At TCR² we are driven to give back to the community that supports us and keep connected to the patients we hope to treat.
TCR² Cares is an employee-initiated program established in 2017 to get us involved in our community and to connect us to our mission of creating meaningful medicines for cancer patients.
Some of the activities we participate in:
The Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
TCR² raised over $12,000 and joined more than 8,200 walkers in September 2018 to support cancer patients and research for cancer cures.
Serve our patient community at The Boston House, a home-away-from-home for children with cancer and their families
TCR² volunteer chefs cook dinner for cancer patients and their families who are staying at the Boston House while patients undergo treatments.
Advocate for STEM field at the Kennedy-Longfellow School
TCR² team shapes the future generation of scientists by teaching “cool science” at the local elementary school.
