Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, In Vivo Pharmacology

The successful candidate will join the In Vivo Pharmacology group to assist with the establishment of in vivo mouse models of cancer and evaluate T cell therapeutics in these models. The position represents an excellent growth and learning opportunity, working closely with experienced scientists in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.


  • Establish xenograft and syngeneic mouse tumor models

  • Determine tumor growth kinetics of models and evaluate In Vivo efficacy of T cells

  • Expand human tumor cells in tissue culture for establishment of tumor models and maintain freezer stocks of these cell lines

  • Measure SC tumors using calipers

  • Document and analyze experimental data for written or oral presentation


  • B.S. degree required, with several years of experience in animal model research

  • Experience with In Vivo tumor models is required

  • Familiarity with flow cytometry is a plus

  • The candidate must be well-organized and a team player with outstanding communication, critical thinking and attention to detail skills
